Fresno County Jail Inmate Search

Fresno County maintains an online inmate population database that allows you to locate an inmate by searching using their name or ID number.

1. Go to the Fresno County Sheriff's Office Website:

   • Visit the Fresno County Sheriff's Office website.
   • Click on the "Inmate Search" tab located at the top of the page.

2. Select Search Criteria:

   • Choose your preferred search method:
     • By Name: Enter the inmate's full name.
     • By ID Number: Enter the inmate's ID number.

3. Enter Search Details:

   • If searching by name:
     • Enter the inmate's first and last names in the designated fields.
     • Include middle names or initials if known.
   • If searching by ID number:
     • Enter the complete inmate ID number in the designated field.

4. Execute the Search:

   • Click the "Search" button to initiate the search process.

5. Review Search Results:

   • The search results will display a list of inmates matching your search criteria.
   • Click on the inmate's name to view detailed information.

6. View Inmate Information:

   • The inmate's profile page will display the following information:
     • Full name
     • ID number
     • Current location (jail or facility)
     • Booking date
     • Charges
     • Bail or bond amount
     • Mugshot (if available)
